At Kimonoji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive an automated Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
